Has anyone else noticed a sharp decrease in the percentage of extravagant spell gifts from inns? We use to get about 5 to 10%. The last 2 days, it has dropped to 1%.

I have noticed this. It’s frustrating. I can’t find any information about it. Maybe I’m not looking in the right place.
