I have 4 phones in testing. Moto G5S Plus is compatible and plays. One Moto G5 Plus can download in the Play store, but 2 other Moto G5 Plus phones get the “your device isn’t compatible with this version” message in the Play store.
Are there any individual phone settings that could cause this issue in the Play store?

First days was not compatible…now I can play…but on the configurations there is not the AR+ option…and AR os not working properly…can’t use the Key portals…the sq area is frozen
