Probably lack of compass in Moto G6 Play. I think that compass and gyroscope is used during opening portkey. On my Moto G6 Plus everything works fine.

I was able to download the game onto my moto g6 play and can play fine, I just can’t access the portmanteau a after I’ve unlocked them, I’m in the UK
