Hello, I’m wonder why my LG Stylo 4 says “Phone isn’t compatible with this version”? But my friends LG Stylo 4+ works just fine? Please fix.

My phone isn’t either. Nor is my sister’s. She has the j3 Luna and mine is the Nokia 3.1+
