What does it tale to obtain the achievement Countries Visited I ? I thought it was to play in two different countries, but I have done so and that didn’t unlock it.

I did the same. Living in the US, and went down to Mexico to play. That’s when I realised they removed that achievement from the list. No idea why they would do such a thing to us travelers, but they did. Almost quit after that.
