After encountering repeated ‘Network Error’ messages, I cleared my cache and data which did not help. Resorted to reinstalling the app and now I can’t seem to login using my original credentials. App seems to be treating me like a new player! Any tips to resolve this will be much appreciated! I know my account is still valid as it tells me my wizard name is already in use. SOS!

I have the exact same problem on an iPhone with a totally updated iOS.
I’m having the same problem. It wants me to start the game over and I am freaking out!!! Did you figure it out????
