My daughter has a iPhone 6s and can play the game just fine, but is unable to purchase anything in the store. She has enough coins in the game, just can’t use them. The error message just reads ‘can not complete purchase’.

Same thing for my daughter. Really frustrating. She can’t recieve the complimentary gifts from the ministry either. Did you find a solution?
