When I try to access the camera on my iPhone XR, Wizards opens the Settings app, but the camera isn’t an option. When I get out of Wizards and go to the Settings app and look at which programs have asked permission, Wizards is not on the list. How can I get this to work?

Initially I did not have this problem, but now I can’t access the portal’s keys because my camera is not recognized.
I think maybe the problem is not the phone but the iOS updates.

When I uninstalled the app it didnt save my info. How do I get it to keep my info?
I had to replace my iPhone. I installed from an iCloud backup and then downloaded all the apps. I did not have a Camera option in the settings. “Offloading” the app and reinstalling did not fix it. I had to delete the app, reinstall from the app store. Then fix all my in game settings.
I had the same problem when I upgraded to a new phone. You have to delete the app and then reinstall it. Don’t worry, all your progress is saved and will reload when you log in again.
My mother also has an iPhone XR and is having the same problem. I have an old iPhone 7+ and it’s working fine, even though we are using the same operating system & version (iOS 12.3.1)
I just upgraded to the XR & am having the same problem. I wonder if it has something to do with our cameras. I ended up having to delete the app then reinstall it. Once I did that, I could give camera access.
