It’s time to get ready for another Harry Potter: Wizards Unite Community Day! Once again, this event will be completely playable from home.
AND we have returned to the theme of focusing on a single Registry page. This Community Day will be all about Dumbledore’s Office. With the rebalanced numbers, it doesn’t take a seer to predict many players will prestige a Gold Frame on Saturday…

Preparing for Community Day
June’s Community Day is quite similar to past Wizards Unite Community Day events. It centers on one page, with incentives to return Foundables AND to complete Wizarding Challenges AND to unlock Portkeys! Here are a few tips to prepare this week.
Do your best to open Portkeys before Community Day starts so you have room to pick up 1km Portkeys. These will contain Sword of Gryffindor fragments, so you want to collect as many as you can!
I know that walking around your home isn’t very exciting, but it can help you get distance. Try keeping your phone in your pocket all day and see how much distance you rack up just going about your daily routine. If it’s not much, consider doing “laps” in the largest room in your house, or down the hallway.
If you can safely and legally walk around a park or your neighborhood, that’s a great option to unlock Portkeys this week.
Normally I recommend brewing Tonic for Trace Detection in advance of Community Day. However, with the brewing time greatly reduced, you should just stock up on Ingredients.
These are all the Ingredients you need for Tonic for Trace Detection Potion.
|Baneberry||Bulbadox Juice||Angel’s Trumpet||Erumpent Horn|
While these Ingredients are currently boosted, I’m aware that many players don’t have any Ingredients at home.
If you can safely stop somewhere with a lot of Wizards Unite activity, do so on the way to the grocery store on your next trip.
You can also ask your friends to send you Ingredient Gifts.
You should also consider brewing some Dawdle Draught. Both the Pensieve and the Philosopher’s Stone are Severe-Threat Foundables, so you might want to have a handful of Dawdle Draughts available.
These are the Ingredients you need for Dawdle Draught.
|Valerian Root||Sopophorous Bean||Butterscotch||Hermit Crab Shell|
Finally, try to stock up on Strong and Potent Exstimulo Potions. These will again help with returning the Pensieve and the Philosopher’s Stone, as well as the Mirror of Erised (High).
This quick chart shows which Ingredients you need for the entire Exstimulo family.
|Shared between all Exstimulo Potions||Bitter Root
|Additional Exstimulo Potion ingredient||Granian Hair|
|Additional Strong Exstimulo Potion ingredient||Abraxan Hair|
|Additional Potent Exstimulo Potion ingredient||Unicorn Hair|
Tips for Enjoying June’s Community Day
Update: Early reports for Community Day indicate that to benefit from Fortress boosts, the person who starts the Chamber needs to have Community Day active.
This Wizards Unite Community Day is completely playable at home, but that doesn’t mean you can’t play with other people! Once again there will be a group livestream with some of your favorite WUtubers. You can also set up your own video call to talk to friends playing Wizards Unite.

If restrictions have eased where you live, you can also get together with a small group of friends, wear matching Harry Potter masks, and play Wizards Unite together at a local park or other outdoor area.
Be sure to carry an extra battery pack or two, plus charging cables. Need a new battery pack? I’ve put together a list of the top-rated options on Amazon!
Be sure to have an EMPTY Potions queue before Community Day starts (or you wake up) so that you can fill it up with Tonic for Trace Detection. Stack your queue at the end of the day to take advantage of reduced brewing time after Community Day.
I hope this Wizards Unite Community Day guide has been helpful! Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to see in future guides.
